BJT 17“Vào lúc buồn ngủ và có sự ăn nhiều, kẻ nằm ngủ có trạng thái nằm lăn qua lăn lại, tựa như con heo mập được nuôi bằng các loại hạt, kẻ ngu xuẩn còn tiếp tục đi đến bào thai nhiều lần nữa.”

7. Kệ Trưởng lão Dāsaka
“Middhī yadā hoti mahagghaso ca, Niddāyitā samparivattasāyī; Mahāvarāhova nivāpapuṭṭho, Punappunaṁ gabbhamupeti mando”ti.
… Dāsako thero ….
One who gets drowsy from overeating, fond of sleep, rolling round the bed like a great hog stuffed with grain: that dullard returns to the womb again and again.
Khi kẻ ngu si ăn nhiều, bị hôn trầm xâm chiếm, ham ngủ, nằm lăn lóc qua lại; như con heo lớn được nuôi bằng thức ăn thừa, kẻ ấy phải tái sanh vào thai mẹ nhiều lần.
